Im just another screwed up girl from the uk:) i have been diagnosed with severe depression, ocd, G.A.D, paranoia, insomnia and anorexia nervosa. i self harm, been bullied and been abused. so i am here for ANYONE who has been through some of the things i have. im happy to talk :) i have been in and out of many different hospitals and phyc wards, im on a toneeee of different drugs and im not allowed to go to school untill im better :/ house arrest... GREAT :( sometimes i can go into states of phycosis when the anxiety and paranoia are to over whelming. in the past i have hallucinted and been VERY suicidal during the phycosis... its pretty scary stuff :S

although i have all this shit going on the anorexia is the thing that has the tightest grip on me..

speed-kills asked: hii. idk, I read your post about situps. do them on a carpet or yoga mat. or to avoid it all together, and this is what I do, sit backwards on the couch with your butt just at the edge and do sit ups with only your legs on the couch. I hope I haven't lost you here. these are also more effective because you have no support under your back so you have to work harder and you have a wider range of motion. or you can try doing them on one of those huge workout balls. if you have one.
