speed-kills asked: hii. idk, I read your post about situps. do them on a carpet or yoga mat. or to avoid it all together, and this is what I do, sit backwards on the couch with your butt just at the edge and do sit ups with only your legs on the couch. I hope I haven't lost you here. these are also more effective because you have no support under your back so you have to work harder and you have a wider range of motion. or you can try doing them on one of those huge workout balls. if you have one.
